I am boundaried vs I have boundaries.  Which feels better to you?  

Boundary work is a constant practice for me and when I show up boundaried in my body all things are more EASEFULL.  I find this fascinating and continue to be surprised at how easy and clear it really is AND I still can easily default to patterns of leaky boundaries that do not serve me or my relationships and work in the world.

Notice throughout the week.... Are you boundaried in your intereactions and relationships with others?  When you show up boundaried how does that feel in your body?  When you have leaky boundaries how does that feel in your body?  Which relationships in your life is it easy to uphold your personal boundaries, which are more challenging?

January and Feburary we are goiong back to the basics here at ISH Membership.  Jessica and I are creating presentations to support you and your personal functional home.  Many of you have seen the house that functional medicine built infographic.  This is the foundational work we are doing together to support your healing and elevating your health.  Over the next few weeks we will be touring the House that Functional Medicine Built.  

Follow along and get to know your house a little better, perhaps uncover some missing pieces that will support your healing as we re-evaluate your personal house! 


This week during group visit we will continue the journey through your functional home personal home, talking about ENERGY by exploring how energy is made in the body, the efficiency of mitochondria, brain neurotransmitters, oxygenation and sleep quality.

Here is a  list of triggers to review and determine your own triggers that may be affecting the walls of your body.  Take a look and circle the triggers that are personal to you, this helps to identify which area of your house needs some upkeep.

REMINDER:  If it's been awhile since we have seen each other, please schedule your private visit.  Membership offers consistency in care, accountability as you move toward your health goals and regular visits to course correct your healing road map.  Regular visits allow for support, check in and forward movement!  This is the backbone and foundation of membership, I will see you soon!

Clarity regarding membership private visits, so that you are getting the most out of it!

  • Private visits do not carry over from month to month.   
  • Your membership renews on your enrollment date each month, new private visit minutes will be uploaded on that date.
  • You have 1 month to use the code but the appointment does not need to be in that month.
  • If you have a month you that you are unable to schedule use your visit code to schedule a date in the future so that you do not lose the visit minutes.  
  • You will continue to be auto charged until you cancel.
