How the heck do I find my lab ORDER?
Here is a video tutorial above video (1 minute) on how to access lab orders via charm. Written instructions below.

Steps to access lab orders on Charm patient portal
1. Got to Charm Patient Portal Dashboard, either by directly logging in to Charm or from the email sent notifying you of a lab order
2. Click on the lab icon
3. You will see 2 tabs on the top menue RESULTS AND ORDERS Click ORDERS
4. Click download order
5. Open the download and print
6. Take it to the lab for the blood draw.

This is an amazing opportunity to get LIVE support between office visits.  The first 30 minutes consist of an educational presentation and the second 30 minutes you're invited into questions, answers and community conversation.  Those that utilize weekly Group Visits have the added healing benefits of community!

Community Connection Group Visits are designed specifically to support everyone through the rocky road of healing. Group visits are magical, because each person witnesses that EVERYONE is struggling in their own way. Everyone is both a teacher and student, and it can be a great way to get support and help on the smaller symptoms before they accumulate into larger problems.
