Time Change is upon us! Yep, I can hardly believe it.....
Tips to support your body, mind and soul during daylight savings time change and transition to spring

1. Gradually adjust your sleep schedule: Start going to bed 15 minutes earlier for the three days leading up to daylight saving time. This subtle change can help you shift your sleep schedule gradually and deal with the time change more easily.

2. Get bright light exposure: Continue to get 30 minutes of bright light soon after waking up to help regulate your circadian rhythm and improve sleep quality.

3. Take a low dose of melatonin: Consider taking a low dose of 0.3 mg of melatonin at bedtime or 6 hours before bedtime for five to seven days before daylight saving time takes effect. This can help you sleep and adjust your body clock earlier.

4. Mind your meals: Avoid eating late meals, as this can shift your body clock even later and make it harder to adjust to daylight saving time.

5. Exercise in the morning: Try to exercise in the morning at 7 AM or between 1-4 PM to help shift your body clock earlier, making it easier to sleep at bedtime and wake up in the morning.

6. Hydrate with water and trace minerals: To help with brain functioning and alertness, aim for drinking 8-12 oz of water with Sole added, which optimizes hydration, first thing in the morning 30+ minutes before breakfast.

7. Support your cortisol production and HPA axis through consistent schedule, minimal caffiene and alcohol, eat the rainbow and embody regular vagal toning exercises, ideas at this LINK.

EMPOWER     💚     LEARN      💚     CONNECT

Have you checked out ISH weekly group visits yet?

This is an amazing opportunity to get LIVE support between office visits.  The first 30 minutes consist of an educational presentation and the second 30 minutes you're invited into questions, answers and community conversation.  Those that utilize weekly Group Visits have the added healing benefits of community!

Community Connection Group Visits are designed specifically to support everyone through the rocky road of healing. Group visits are magical, because each person witnesses that EVERYONE is struggling in their own way. Everyone is both a teacher and student, and it can be a great way to get support and help on the smaller symptoms before they accumulate into larger problems. As an ISH member, you will get a reminder each week, and I hope you consider joining!  Have a topic you would like to learn more about?

Share ideas and check in at this LINK.  I love to hear from you!

Are youinterested in learning about The Seven Systems of Health™ ?  This is a healing system near and dear to my heart.  I trained under Dr Deanna Minich and became a Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner™ in 2015.  Since then I have incorporated this into my life and work with patients.  It brings a depth to the healing process by adding color, joy and integrates healing the WHOLE person at every level.

Last fall I offered a 28 day Whole Spectrum Elevation, a walk through the Seven Systems of Health™ and Whole Detox™.  The REPLAY is out and FREE to ISH Members.  It includes a daily email with a short video and tip of the day to learn about the systems.  Spring is a great time to reset!

Once you sign up, your daily emails will begin with in 24-48 hrs.  Take a walk through the 7 systems.....YOU ARE WORTH IT!
