This past Wednesday ISH hosted an ALL Community Event.  We took a tour of the personal functional home and identified triggers associated with each area of our personal homes (body).  Learned a bit about steps to remodel and update through lifestyle practices and walked away with a comprehensive food plan to begin. 

I love creating community in this way! 


Thanks to the ISH Members who joined and brought friends and family!  I was a little less nervous with y'all in the crowd :) 


A HUGE shout out and thank you to Hailey who supported me every step of the way!


I plan to continue these offerings, I will keep y'all posted.

LEARNING

4 part series on Overwhelm is happening at ISH Group Visit.  This hands on process will support you in navigating your health challenges and getting clear on creating your personal plan to combat overwhelm.  This work is based on the book Overcoming Overwhelm by Dr Samantha Brody.  I highly recommend getting this book, if you are struggling with the overwhelm of engaging in a healing program.  This process can really help all areas of your life!

If you missed the Group Visit where we began the Overcoming Overwhelm journey, it is not too late!  Begin by looking at your personal core values.  Core values will guide you to your true north.  The following 4 worksheets walk you through this wonderful process identifying what is navigating your ship.  Once you realize what is driving, you have agency to choose!  Getting clear is a very important part of the healing process.  Awareness is curative!
