This week Group Visit Zoom!
We have run into some technical issues with the text reminders for group visit. Due to a new regulation with texting, this will take about 4 wks to resolve, until then your reminder will be sent to your email inbox on Tuesday mornings. The schedule is also in every weekly email AND Hailey sends out calendar invites the last Friday of the month. Hope to see you at a group visit soon!
If I haven't seen you for a private visit recently, get scheduled! Membership offers consistent regular visits, which supports staying on track and healing! Monthly visits do not roll over, I look forward to seeing each of you monthly!

This hands on process will support you in navigating your health challenges and getting clear on creating your personal plan to combat overwhelm. This work is based on the book Overcoming Overwhelm by Dr Samantha Brody. I highly recommend getting this book, if you are struggling with the overwhelm of engaging in a healing program. This process can really help all areas of your life! |

Begin by looking at your personal core values. Core values will guide you to your true north. Once you realize what is driving, you have agency to choose! Getting clear is a very important part of the healing process.
