If you are surprised that this weeks email is from me -- meaning it is the LAST Friday of September -- you are not alone. How is it almost October already?!
🍂🍁Fall is upon us! Roasted green chiles, vibrant fall leaves, colder weather, pumpkins, halloween decorations & costumes, and so much more! What is your favorite thing about fall?
As ISH grows, Lynn and I are continuously looking for ways to improve our process for members. My main role is to provide help and support for ISH members. Whether you need help scheduling, accessing member benefits, or just want to connect, I am here for it all.
For any of our new ISH members, I will be sending the weekly member email the last Friday of every month to cover logistical topics, answer frequently asked questions, and provide tips & support. If you have a specific topic/question you would like me to cover in my monthly email, please send me your ideas through this FORM.

New service!
In order to serve ISH members better, we have invested a mini phlebotomy center and all the necessary tools to
draw your lab kits with EASE in mind!
Integrated Spectrum of Health has teamed up with Ali Craig, an awesome and experience phlebotomist, to create an easeful, convenient and personalized experience for you get your advanced functional lab kits done, without traveling to Farmington or Cortez (currently the closet labs that will do kits). This is currently for Lab Kits Lynn orders for you
not yet labcorp blood work (possibility in the future).

Note this is for advanced functional test kits requiring phlebotomy.

When Lynn orders a test kit that requires phlebotomy we will let you know available dates and next steps.

ISH Member draw fee $60.00 (cash) $65 if you want to use credit or debit card.

1-2 Saturdays a month more details coming soon!

Schedule Time With Me! |

You now have the ability to schedule time to meet with me (Hailey) for assistance or to address any questions you may have.
This scheduling system is designed to facilitate efficient and organized communication for ISH members. These appointments are one-on-one and are meant to be anything you need them to be.
As we welcome new members to ISH, we want to be able to offer support in navigating all of the new information and technology. This is also for current members to get support too!

Have you checked out ISH weekly group visits yet?
Group Visits are every Tuesday from noon-1pm
Group Visits are an amazing opportunity to get LIVE support between office visits. The first 30 minutes consist of an educational presentation and the second 30 minutes you're invited into questions, answers and community conversation. Those that utilize weekly Group Visits have the added healing benefits of community!
Community Connection Group Visits are designed specifically to support everyone through the rocky road of healing. Group visits are magical, because each person witnesses that EVERYONE is struggling in their own way. Everyone is both a teacher and student, and it can be a great way to get support and help on the smaller symptoms before they accumulate into larger problems. As an ISH member, you will get a reminder each week, and I hope you consider joining!
