The New Year is often a time to reset, acting as a catalyst for a change we are looking for in our lives, frequently in the health and wellness realm.
For some this feels right and embracing the collective momentum and motivation this time of year aligns.
For others, it may feel jolting, overstimulating or forced with all the choices coming at you, having just closed up the prior year with the joyful yet chaotic holiday season.
There is no RIGHT way.
What do YOU need?

Emphasizing, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, healthy oils, and fish—the Mediterranean Diet has not only been linked to a lower risk of cognitive decline but also better heart health and a lower risk of cancer.
The Mediterranean food plan is truly one of my favorite overall food plans! It is similar to the Cardiometabolic Food Plan that I use through IFM. Colorful, nutrient dense and nourishing!

Because beliefs → influence thoughts → influence behaviors → influence results.
While most people are making New Year’s Resolutions to start good habits or break bad ones, what if we all make a resolution to embrace a new mindset that serves us better than before?
I’ll be sharing some examples of mindsets in upcoming emails.

Group Visits are an amazing opportunity to get LIVE support between office visits. The first 30 minutes consist of an educational presentation and the second 30 minutes you're invited into questions, answers and community conversation. Those that utilize weekly Group Visits have the added healing benefits of community!
