Hello ,
I have been thinking a lot about purpose lately.
Purpose is a verb.
Purpose is how you show up to everything not just the vocation or thing you think is your purpose.
Did you know having a sense of purpose is linked to improved health and sense of physical and mental well being. It has been shown to increase serotonin, oxytocin and neuroplasticity AND lower cortisol! 🤩
This is an important factor of health, right along with nutrition, sleep, movement.....AND playing with your purpose enhances all other areas!
For me, it can be overwhelming to think of my purpose because it feels like it has to be "the thing" , perfect or fixed. The more I shift from the work around my purpose and move into playing with my purpose the more by body settles, opens and is inspired. This allows for expansion and elevation in all areas of my life!
When I recently learned purpose is "how you show up to everything", it really landed. The daily mini, seemingly mundane moments are the true nectar in living life on purpose!

A new study found that a higher intake of vitamin E (whether from supplements or foods) was associated with a lower risk of fatty liver disease.
Fatty liver is the most common chronic liver disease and often accompanies obesity or diabetes. It’s thought that vitamin E may support liver health because it acts as an antioxidant.
Antioxidants mop up all the free radicals (damaging to tissue) and support healthy detoxification. The human body is AMAZING and has so many systems in place to keep things in order and cleaned up. It is our job to remove obstacles and add nourishing nutrients and lifestyle choices to allow the body's processes to run efficiently to keep us healthy.
