Hello ,


Middle of my workday, I decided to take a walk, as I left my office, my brain was busy thinking.  


I allowed the thoughts to flow, I decided to use this time to settle (not always easy in the thick of your day). 


I noticed my breath, felt the movement, felt the sunshine and the whirling of the wind.  


Up popped the thoughts, to dos, patient care, new learnings.  


Notice, breath, movement, sunshine, river sounds......Settle.


This continued back and forth until the grip of the thoughts released a bit and my body felt easy.  


I looked to my right and this beauty was there for the noticing for those present enough to see.  


Settling is a moment to moment practice for me AND is one of the greatest gifts I receive when I choose.  


What is Mother Nature offering?


Ease on in to this moment,

In a recent study of more than 60,000 adults (including 10,000 with a history of cancer), those who exercised more experienced less pain


Exercise benefits were seen more strongly in those with a baseline level of moderate to severe pain and when people exercised about 30 minutes per day, most days a week. 


It’s thought that exercise may increase people’s pain tolerance and also support a healthier inflammatory response.

Protein is one of the most overlooked nutrients that is essential for healthy detoxification. 


We need protein to detoxify because the amino acids in protein are required for phase 2 detoxification in the liver and as building blocks for glutathione (your body’s master antioxidant & detoxifier!).
