Hello ,
Some days you just need to remember to walk barefoot outside or lay in the grass. Simply just connect with the earth. I find at the end of the week or if I have not slept well this is one of the most calming ways to settle my system.
I love fall!
Speaking of fall it is back to school time for many. I LOVE learning and as I have shared in the past that if I could quit my day job and just learn, there still would not be enough time! AND I am reminded to balance and integrate all the learning with nature, movement, joy and connection. When my daughters were younger there was a philosophy in their school, learn something during the day then play, step away and sleep on it to integrate.

The first 30 minutes consist of an educational presentation and the second 30 minutes you're invited into questions, answers and community conversation.
