Hello ,

Happy (almost) Halloween!! 🎃👻

In this week's member email I will be going over the basics of Charm billing and Acuity billing - what we use each system for, billing purposes, and some resources for helping change/update payment methods in each.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me via Charm message, or by responding to this email.

As ISH grows, Lynn and I are continuously looking for ways to improve our process for members. My main role is to provide help and support for ISH members. Whether you need help scheduling, accessing member benefits, or just want to connect, I am here for it all.

Best,
Hailey

HELP WITH HAILEY

CHARM BILLING VS ACUITY BILLING

At Integrated Spectrum of Health (ISH), we use two platforms to manage your health care and scheduling needs: Acuity Scheduling and the Charm Health Portal.

  • Acuity Scheduling is where all ISH membership plans are managed and billed. It handles recurring payments and helps allocate visit minutes for each monthly cycle. All appointments with Lynn or our ISH nutritionist are booked through Acuity.

  • Charm Health Portal is dedicated to managing your health information. This is where you’ll find questionnaires, lab results, documents, visit summaries, secure messaging, and some billing details.

Acuity vs. Charm Billing Purposes

You are billed through Acuity Scheduling for…

Monthly membership

(auto-charge)

Single visits

(outside of membership)

You are billed through your Charm Patient Portal for…

ISH Discount labs

(if not using insurance)

Device rentals

(Lookee Ring, Gammacore, KardiaMobile)

Supplements

(in office supplements)

Please note that your payment method may be different in each platform. If you need to change or update your payment method, you will have to do so in your Charm patient portal and your Acuity account, separately.
