We like to keep our community in the know of what's happening with membership


ISH Membership is full!

What does that mean for y'all?

  • Nothing will change for current members in Community or Active (Foundation or Premier) Memberships

  • As people graduate or move to Community Membership, new membership spots open up for new members 

  • When membership is full, Community Members get wait list priority to re-join active (Foundation or Premier) membership.  That means if you are thinking about rejoining for another round of deep work, to check in or explore new symptoms arising, we suggest you reach out and let us know when you may be interested in re-joining and we can put you on the wait list for getting an appointment and keep you on track with your health goals.  

  • We keep membership small so we can continue to provide high touch, personalized care

  • This does not mean ISH Membership is closed to new members we are just scheduling out appropriately to accommodate our current members. I will continue to take Discovery Calls for new patients

  • As always, reach out if you have questions!

📰 In the News

How would you like to have “healthier belly fat?”


That’s what a new study found to be possible in people who regularly exercised over time (4 times per week for 2+ years). 


The participants were considered overweight or obese, but the belly fat of exercisers had more blood vessels, mitochondria, and proteins that would promote fat storage just under the skin rather than deeper around the organs. 


Not all fat is the same, and the number on the scale is not the whole story!

Take a Shake Break!!


Our bodies were not meant to sit 8, 10, or 12 hours a day. So if you need to sit for work, taking short breaks to get up and move can keep your energy up and your brain alert.


So here’s your nudge to stand up and shake  your hands, feet, arms, legs, shoulders, and (of course) your hips 💃🕺 


Shaking can loosen up tense muscles, get your circulation and lymphatics flowing, and relieve stress.

The foods you eat can impact how your skin reacts to the sun!


Certain nutrients like beta-carotene and lycopene (carotenoids that give foods like carrots and tomatoes their color) are stored in layers of the skin, where they help protect against UV damage. 


Nutrient-rich foods are not a substitute for sunscreen but can add another layer of protection from the inside out.

Group Visits are every Tuesday from noon-1pm

Group Visits are an amazing opportunity to get LIVE support between office visits.  The first 30 minutes consist of an educational presentation and the second 30 minutes you're invited into questions, answers and community conversation.  Those that utilize weekly Group Visits have the added healing benefits of community!
