Hello ,
Happy LOVE day and weekend! It is fun to celebrate Valentine's day once a year AND I believe we can honor LOVE day EVERYday. Lead from your heart. Sprinkle simple acts of kindness everywhere you go. A smile, holding the door, purchase the coffee/tea for the person behind you, offer a meal to a neighbor, shovel your neighbor's side walk, the ideas are endless!

In the News |
Did you hear that the FDA has officially deemed eggs to be “healthy?”
I’ve been saying this for years because decades of research show eggs are packed with hard-to-get nutrients like choline, vitamin D, selenium, and B12.
A 2024 review found:
❤️ Eating 3 eggs/day may lower inflammation (C-reactive protein)
❤️ Eggs can improve lipid profiles, especially with fewer carbs
❤️ Egg yolks are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin—antioxidants that fight atherosclerosis
Just don’t skip the yolks—that’s where most of the goodness lives.
Every person is unique, so eggs may or may not be for you. But for most, they’re a better choice than many so-called “healthy” but ultra-processed foods.
Although eggs have many healthy components, they are also one of the foods that people may be sensitive to with out realizing that is the culprit. In people with chronic complex illness or signifiant inflammation removing eggs for 4-6 weeks is helpful.
There is not ONE way! Stay curious to what YOUR body is telling you.

Did You Know? |
Most people know that fiber and omega-3s can support healthy cholesterol levels, but did you know that the heart also needs vitamin K2, coenzyme Q10, and magnesium to stay in good shape?
Lots of people get confused about nutrition—from what foods to eat to what supplements to take.
If you feel like you could use support in optimizing a personalized nutrition and supplement plan, we would love to help!
