Hello ,
“Our life is the sum of our choices.” Albert Camus
TRUTH!
Each of us brings a different set of experiences, life and health events to each moment. The power in choice is profound! Keep things light, all choices are information, even the "bad" choices provide opportunity! The choice to course correct or pivot is ALL WAYS available to us!
Speaking of choices.....
"The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak" ~ Hans Hofmann
Where can you simplify?
What are you doing that is unnecessary?
Taking inventory of your "doing" is an important piece of healing AND thriving. Cognitive load (relates to the amount of information that working memory can hold at one time) is REAL. All the things you are carrying in your memory take up space.
Examples:
to do's for work
Send the sympathy card to friend
feed the pets
partners birthday coming up
pay bills
order supplements
meal plan
making decisions
travel plans
call a friend
return a text/email
what workout should I do
what is for dinner
on and on.......
Where can you add systems to automate and reduce the load?
What can you delegate?
How can you reduce the load you are carrying?
Where can you be ok letting things go?
Be ruthless with releasing the unnecessary!
Create S P A C E !

In the News |
Your diet shapes how you age—down to the cellular level.
A new study on twins (ages 20-25) found that:
🥦 More fruits & veggies = slower aging
🍔 More fast food & sugary drinks = faster aging
Even after accounting for factors like exercise, smoking, and body weight, diet still had an independent effect on aging.
So yes, I’ll keep talking about fruits and veggies and my favorite path to health EAT THE RAINBOW!

Pro Health Tip |
If you feel like you’re running on fumes (or just a bit more stressed than usual), adaptogenic herbs can help your body handle stress and its effects.
Two popular adaptogens are Ashwagandha and Rhodiola—so let’s break down the differences:
Ashwagandha (think ‘calming’)
✔ Eases stress & anxiety
✔ Supports mood & relaxation
Rhodiola (think ‘energizing’)
✔ Boosts focus & stamina
✔ Supports mitochondria & resilience
Quality matters, and herbs can interact with medications or health conditions. Always check with a practitioner before adding them to your routine!

Did You Know? |
Most people don’t realize that stress robs your body of nutrients. For example, stress makes you burn through:
💥Magnesium
💥B Vitamins
💥Vitamin C
It creates a vicious cycle 🔄 that makes you feel even more stressed.
Nutrients are just one piece of the stress puzzle—and no, a handful of supplements won’t make stress disappear.
But they may help your body respond better.
Just remember that stress is not only in your mind, and you can give yourself a boost of support with nutrition.
