When you’re ready to transition, you have two options: |

Community Membership – Stay connected, just scaled back
|

For $49/month, Community Members get:
- Single-Point visits at a discounted price
- 45 minutes @ $299 (<6 months since last visit)
- 60 minutes @ $399 (>6 months since last visit)
- Access to prescription refills for any medication started or continued in our work together (Any changes or new RX require an appointment)
- Access to charm portal messaging for quick check-ins or questions (2 messages per month. Active treatment recommendations or changes require an appointment)
- 20% Fullscript supplement discount
- Group visit invites and access to all replays
- Weekly member emails for health tips, updates, and more
- Ability to re-enroll in active membership without paying a re-enrollment fee (if no lapse in community membership)
