Hello ,
These words recently shared with me, touched me deeply.
You There ...
Put the palm of your hands together
close to your body, thumbs touching your chest
then bow your head to the tree
whose body bears these words,
In the deep pool under the cedar
a trout rises to a mayfly and ripples spread
in widening O's like the years
etched into heartwood as it grows.
What have the years written in your body?
What pattern emerged as you passed through the fire"
Put your palms together, lifeline to lifeline
Bow your head for the history you bear.
~Judith Barrington
Wake up everyday to gratitude for the very breath that sustains you and stay in that sweet moment just a bit longer.
Here's to an EASEfull weekend!

Screen time before bed?
A new study found that daily screen use within an hour of bedtime was linked to:
✔️ 33% higher rate of poor sleep
✔️ Nearly 50 minutes less sleep per week
✔️ Later bedtimes, especially for night owls
The brain just needs time to shift from “on” to “off” before bed.
Protecting that transition supports better sleep, better mood, and better health. |

Pro Health Tip |
Mood is sometimes about stress or mindset, but not always.
Sometimes your brain chemistry needs a little support.
Three minerals your brain depends on to feel good include magnesium, zinc, and iron.
It’s best to check with a provider before supplementation, but you can always eat foods like leafy greens, seafood, legumes, and seeds to boost mineral intake.
Epsom salt baths can also be a soothing way to get some benefits of magnesium! If you don't have a bathtub try a foot soak! |

Did You Know? |
Mood changes can be a sign that something else is going on beneath the surface
Here are just a few common root causes of mood changes:
-
Ongoing stress or overwhelm
-
Hormonal shifts like menopause or perimenopause
-
Alcohol or cannabis use (even casually!)
-
Underlying health conditions like chronic pain or an underactive thyroid
Feelings are valid, and they also might be signals from your body that something needs attention.
