For the past 7 weeks I have been running an experiment with light and dark cycles, increasing my awareness of non-native EMF's in my environment and how biophysics can have a huge impact on health. I have noticed many healing benefits, and continue to be amazed at the shifts.
What did I do?

Daily time outside 10 minutes before sunrise and staying outside 30-90 min (sit for 30 min and then dog walk). We receive different frequencies of light at sunrise, UVA (sun 10 -30 degrees above horizon) and UVB (sun > 30 degrees above horizon). The frequencies at each time provide different and equally important health inputs.

Time in mid-day sun and light exposure 15 min - (UVB)

Bare feet on the ground 15 min daily

Limiting my time under indoor lighting - keeping lights off and when on, wearing blue blocking glasses

Wearing blue light blocking glasses anytime I am under indoor lighting or on a screen, especially after sunset and before sunrise.

Bedroom as a sleep sanctuary, removing wifi and devices from our room while sleeping. Working on blackout shades next!
What have I noticed?
- Increased energy
- Naturally waking at the same time every morning - 20 min pre sunrise
- Improved sleep quality, REM and Deep Sleep
- Improved Heart Rate Variability HRV (this has been significant)
- Less mid afternoon energy crashes
- Decreased (not resolved) sugar cravings
- Calmer nervous system
- Improved hand tremor (one of my remaining symptoms from mycotoxin illness)
Why would this work?
The sun enters our body through photons
The sun's energy, primarily in the form of light (photons), can significantly impact electrons (necessary for our body to make energy). When sunlight enters your body through your skin and eyes, electrons can absorb the energy from photons, fueling mitochondria to make energy.
Photons of light excite our electrons to provide the energy to run our bodies. 70% of this energy comes from the sun only about 30% of electrons come from food.
It is actually quite simple, why mess with what nature has known all along?
