Hi ,

I like to say life is "lifing" when things get challenging! This week had some unexpected happenings in my life. My husband had a ski accident (he's OK!) but it threw schedule out the window. Hence the weekly email a day late :). Rolling with the waves and happenings is all part of my daily practice. Sometimes I navigate this much better than others. Yesterday afternoon, I was feeling very irritable and anxious from the week. This am I got on my yoga mat (thanks to my sister) and just as waves do, the irritability moved through as I got into my body on my mat.

How do you move through the tough moments or events that life throws us?
