Hello ,
For the past 5 weeks I have been running an experiment with light, non-native EMF's in my environment and how biophysics can have a huge impact on health. I have noticed many healing benefits, and WOW I am amazed at the shifts.
-
I began by sitting outside 10 minutes before sunrise and staying outside 30-90 min (sit for 30 and then dog walk). Sunrise, UVA and UVB light are different frequencies and provide different and equally important health inputs.
-
Mid day sun and light exposure 15 min - (UVB)
-
Bare feet on the grass while sitting
-
Limiting my time under indoor lighting - keeping lights off and if on, wearing blue blocking glasses
-
Embracing blue light blocking glasses anytime I am under indoor lighting or on a screen, especially after sunset and before sunrise.
-
Bedroom as a sleep sanctuary, removing all wifi and devices while sleeping. Working on blackout shades next!
What have I noticed?
- Increased energy
- Naturally waking at the same time every morning
- Improved sleep quality, REM and Deep Sleep
- Improved Heart Rate Variability HRV (this has been significant)
- Less mid afternoon energy crashes
- Decreased (not resolved) sugar cravings
- Calmer nervous system
- Improved hand tremor (one of my remaining symptoms from mycotoxin illness)
Cost - FREE
Curious?
Run your own experiment and let me know what you notice. See below for Resources to support you and to learn more, if interested!
In Light,
~ Lynn 🌈
PS - One of the main reasons people say they need their phone in their bedroom is to check the time if they wake up. Check out these great analog clocks and remove your phone from your sleep sanctuary. |

A new study found that even 5 minutes of exercise can boost brain health.
Researchers found that any activity that gets you a little short of breath, like brisk walking, water aerobics, or light jogging, is linked to better processing speed, executive function (focus, planning, multitasking), and working memory.
These benefits showed up in older adults (average age 69), especially in those who went from no movement to just a few minutes a day.

Did You Know? |
|
Time in nature may be just as important as fiber and probiotics for the gut microbiome.
Our ancestors were constantly exposed to microbes from soil, water, plants, and animals.
But in modern life?
We’re mostly indoors and sanitizing everything.
Unless we…
Get our hands in the dirt.
Walk a tree-lined trail.
Or go barefoot in the grass.
These activities expose us to microbes that seed the gut and support our immune systems.
Your body is interacting with nature at the molecular level.
