Hello ,
Learn better, do better has been my mantra recently. This continually creates a paradigm shift in the way I am working with people. At first it feels uncomfortable then it becomes part of my process, and then the next learning comes on board and the shift continues. A part of me wants the perfect formula, so I continue to seek, learn and shift, deeply knowing there is no "perfect" formula.
The human body is complex, each of us are unique and have our own set of experiences that inform our physiology and define how we show up in each moment. The more I learn the more I am deeply honored and in awe of the human experience.
I don't have it all figured out, I will continue to question the status quo and seek to do better as I learn better.
I am honored to be a guide on your journey.
With EASE,
~ Lynn π |

In the News |
A new study says processed foods may trigger inflammation in the body.
Over 6,000 Canadians were studied, and those eating the most processed foods, like chips, frozen pizza, and sugary cereal, had higher blood pressure, wider waistlines, more insulin resistance, and elevated markers of inflammation.
Itβs like the body sees those foods as foreign invadersβsomething to mount an attack against.
This study reinforces something we emphasize all the time:
Our bodies thrive on real, nutrient-dense foods.
Eating seasonally and locally is the way to go!

Pro Health Tip |
Trying to stay hydrated with too much plain water can throw off your electrolyte balance.
Thatβs when symptoms like headaches, fatigue, muscle cramps, or dizziness can show up.
Hereβs how to hydrate smarter:
-
Add a pinch of sea salt or trace mineral drops to your water
-
Squeeze in fresh citrus (vitamin C + flavor + potassium!)
-
Use coconut water in smoothies or popsicles
-
Infuse water with fruit and herbs
-
Eat hydrating foods like cucumber, berries, leafy greens, and melon
Think of summer hydration as electrolyte support.

Did You Know? |
One of the most overlooked keys to hormone balance is getting enough sunlight βοΈ
Sunshine promotes the synthesis of vitamin D.
And vitamin D supports serotonin, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid hormone function. Low vitamin D levels are also linked with insulin resistance, especially around midlife and menopause.
But most people donβt get enough.
Even in summer.
Sunscreen, window glass, latitude, time of day, and skin tone can all reduce vitamin D production.
Thatβs why I recommend getting your levels tested.
Then we can come up with a plan to optimize it.
Simple tip, sit out in mid day sun 20 minutes and support your body's natural production of Vitamin D.
