ISH MEMBERSHIP UPDATES

This week's Community Connection Group Visit March 1 will be IN PERSON at the ISH office.  Join us on Tuesday at noon for some yummy food and connection.
THIS WEEK'S PRESENTATION, THE FIRST OF 3 OFFERINGS.....

My Gift to you ALL is a series of 3 breathwork and visualization practices, using the metaphor of the body as a house.  I have been practicing with Tatiana DePillo and Lux Yoga over the past year through online courses.  I love her breathwork and visualization practices and wanted to share!  I asked her to offer a foundational series just for ISH Members to teach you all this powerful practice.

Over the next 3 weeks she will take you through each floor of your personal home (body).  I encourage you to try this practice a minimum of 5-4 times a week to
explore the healing potential.  I invite you to be open, curious and personalize this practice. Tatiana reminds us that this practice is experiential and personal to each.  It may feel awkward or clunky at first, go slow and trust your body.  You may want to start this practice sitting at the edge of a chair as she describes early in the video.  Find what works for YOU!

Enjoy!

MEET TATIANA

Transition with care and confidence –  movement is life.

Hi, I am Tatiana, and I’m passionate about all things movement. I believe it’s your birthright to enjoy moving in your body.

Movement skills are life skills, and embodiment leads to emotional intelligence; you know when to push or pull, give or take, and be soft or strong. Movement gives you options, and options make you powerful.

My teaching is about what I can do for your body, and by body, I mean you, because your body is your home. It houses your spirit – all of you.

I’m passionate about cutting through the fads in modern fitness and Yoga to provide long-term solutions that make practice an enjoyable and impactful aspect of a fulfilling life. I studied so many different body-mind things to learn that what really matters is how you see each person.

I am an ex-professional dancer, a Yoga teacher who dead-lifts, and a hand-balancer  certified in FRCM’s. I nerd out on foot and toe control. I’m a real person who’s had serious dance injuries and everything I teach has been tested and refined.

Access her beautiful practice in the video below.  Your first floor.......

WHOLE SPECTRUM HEATH TIP OF THE WEEK!

I am thrilled to share this with you ALL!!  As a Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner, Dr Deanna Minich is one of my all time teachers and mentors.  I have participated both as a teaching assistant as well as a participant in her Whole Detox programs multiple times.  There is often a fee to be a part of the program but she is offering one in March that is FREE!

I will be participating in this one! Join me.....

A note from Dr Deanna Minich

"The easiest way to get back in the groove of eating healthfully is not to count calories, but to aim for colors!

When you get enough nature-inspired colors in your daily eating, that tells you you are getting the thousands of different plant compounds (called 'phytonutrients') for your gut microbiome, your brain, your skin, your reproductive system and more.

To get back on track with eating the spectrum of colors found in nature, I invite you to join me for a free online experience of going through my 21-day, color-coded Whole Detox program, starting Monday, March 7th!

It will be hosted in my Facebook group and I'll personally be there for you to hold the space."

Request to join Dr. Minich’s private Facebook community here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/NourishYourWholeSelfCommunity

I value your input!  This is YOUR membership, change comes from your experience and input.  Please take 3 minutes to share your experience.
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

In the spirit of
colorful, abundant health,

~
