Hello ,
Some weeks, clarity comes not from doing more, but from pausing long enough to let light, rest, and rhythm do their quiet work. If you’re feeling stretched or tired, this is your reminder: your body knows the way back to balance.
As the days shift and the light changes, I’ve been reflecting on how our bodies find safety and rhythm through light itself. Each sunrise and sunset is an invitation — to sync, to soften, and to remember that healing is a return to coherence, not a chase.
Take some time over the next few days to notice and pause.
