I can't believe October is just a few days away!
I would say that summer is my favorite season, but the feeling of fall is so nostalgic....

Catherine Goldman is a working therapist for 40 years now, 25 of those years in Durango. Her bodywork approach currently includes Integrative Massage, CranioSacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. Overall, Catherine takes a wide view in holistic health, as personally continuing to study for her own health and to support others, along with having professionally practiced as a herbalist. Lately more of her focus is with supporting a person's lymph system on the path to better health. In the upcoming discussion we will explore what this important system is, what it does and effects. You will also learn some self help tools you can practice!
