This has been a hard week.  And that just IS.  And as I sit and reflect on my message to you all this week it is this.....

be kind to yourself
be kind to each other
its ok to be right where you are
honor your personal process
healing takes time
your journey is personal and yours and will "look" different to others
rest your body and soul

At last week's group visit we chatted about so much!

ALMOND BLISS BALLS (Featured at last week's group visit)

1/3 cup cashew butter (or sub any nut/seed butter)
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp almond milk
1 cup almond flour
few shakes cinnamon
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp flakey sea salt

You can add walnuts or pecans as you like, and even coconut shavings. You can also decrease the almond flour by 1/2 and instead add some protein powder that we spoke about!


Mix the wet ingredients together first and then add in the dry ingredients.  Roll into bit size balls and place on wax paper on a cookie sheet and put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.  Once they harden I keep in the refrigerator and enjoy!
