Hello ,
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
The weather has definitely shifted in Bend, Oregon (my new home as of June this year). The mountains have been covered in snow, the trees have all changed colors, we are waking up to frost in the mornings, and we have stopped leaving the windows open at night.
On a personal note, this weekend marks our last with Huffy, my sister’s service dog in training. Next week, my sister and I will travel with her to Oceanside, CA for her Professional Training turn-in at Canine Companions. Over the past 18 months, my sister has poured her heart into raising and training Huffy—months filled with laughter, learning, challenges, and incredible growth. Saying goodbye will be bittersweet, but we’re so proud of how far she’s come and can’t wait to see the amazing things she’ll do next. Go do big things, Huffy! 💛🐾

ISH Cancellation & No-Show Policy
|
ISH cancelation policy for Lynn Joselyn PA-C, IFMCP, CFSP™ and ISH Nutritionist private medical visits:
In order to serve you best and continue to grow, we ask for 24-hour notice prior to session cancellation. Cancellations must be within Acuity, using the Cancel Appointment link on your confirmation email, by contacting ISH through Charm message or calling the office phone 970-403-5251.
Please note that appointments canceled with less than 12-hour notice will result in forfeiture of that month's appointment. Clients may be able to reschedule for the following month based on provider availability.
Additionally, failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in forfeiture of that session and include a $75 No-Show Fee for follow-up visits.
If the No-Show is for an initial visit with either Lynn Joselyn PA-C, IFMCP, CFSP™ or ISH Nutritionist you will be responsible for the complete visit fee $399.00 or $120.00 accordingly.
