Hello ,

As we move toward the close of the year, I’m intentionally choosing a different rhythm—one rooted in ease rather than urgency. I’ve shared before that my focus right now is tending to my nervous system first: anchoring in daily practices that create a sense of internal safety and calm, simplifying what feels chaotic, and saying no to what doesn’t truly light me up.

This choice is a practice in presence.

I’m checking in with myself regularly—asking not just what needs to get done, but what feels aligned, what feels nourishing, and what I can gently release. I’m noticing how expectations—of myself, my energy, my productivity—can create pressure. And I'm remembering that when we loosen our grip on outcomes, we soften the edges of disappointment.

I offer this framework to you, too:

  • Pause and notice: How am I actually feeling right now?

  • Root in safety: What’s one small thing I can do today to support my nervous system?

  • Plan from clarity: What genuinely matters in this season?

  • Release the excess: What can I cross off, delegate, or save for later?

This is about becoming more attuned to how you feel and desire to feel. Let your end of year be guided not by what’s left on the list, but by how you want to feel in your body, in your relationships, in your rest.

Join me in finishing the year with presence, steadiness, and just enough lightness to remind us why we’re here.

With ease,

~ Lynn 🌈

LEARNING

In the News

Healthy foods may help delay dementia and heart disease.

A large Swedish study followed over 2,400 adults in their 60s and 70s and found that those who ate a healthier diet developed chronic illnesses (like heart disease and dementia) more slowly over time.

The most protective foods were vegetables, whole grains, nuts,  legumes, and healthy fats

On the flip side, diets high in red meat, refined grains, and sugary drinks were linked to faster disease progression.

This study spanned 15 years.

It just shows how everyday choices can have long-term benefits.

Just remember:

While research offers general insights, we always focus on personalized nutrition for the best outcomes.

Pro Health Tip

Want more energy without coffee?

Try micro-movements, like this:

  • Take a 10-minute walk after meals

  • Do gentle yoga between Zoom calls

  • Stretch between tasks

  • Dance it out during your favorite song

These simple actions help improve circulation, balance blood sugar, support mitochondria (your energy powerhouses!), and boost mood and focus!

Did You Know?

There’s always a root cause behind fatigue, and we can test for it!

Here are a few functional labs we use to uncover what’s really going on:

☀️ Nutrient Testing

B12, iron, folate, magnesium, and vitamin D are all essential for energy production and can be tested through labs.

☀️ Thyroid Panel

Routine bloodwork will check TSH, but we do a full panel because optimal thyroid function is critical for metabolism and mental clarity.

☀️ Cortisol Pattern

Healthy cortisol levels follow a daily rhythm. We can test this to see how stress and burnout may be affecting your system.

☀️ Blood Sugar Markers

Even slight imbalances in insulin or glucose can cause brain fog, mood dips, and afternoon crashes.

☀️ Gut Health Testing

Yes, your gut can influence your energy! Inflammation, dysbiosis, or poor nutrient absorption might be playing a role.

You don’t need every test. We tailor it based on you. Once we have the right info, we connect the dots and create a plan that supports your energy from the inside out.
