After focusing on simple, joyful connection last week, this week we deepen that work by zooming out, tuning in, and allowing the nervous system to settle into the pace that feels right for you.


Try this: zoom out, tune in, settle.


Zoom out:
Widen the frame of your week. What’s truly essential? What is not necessary and just adding overwhelm?


Zooming out helps the noise fall away so your energy can land where it matters.


Tune in:
Once you create space by zooming out , listen inward. What does your body want—rest, movement, light, connection, better boundaries? 


Let those cues be your compass.


Settle:
Pause before the next task. 

  • One slow breath. 

  • Release your jaw.

  • Shoulders down. 

  • Feet grounded. 

These small resets shift your nervous system toward safety and coherence.

Transition into the New Year with connection and creativity. Join us for a month-long journey designed to help us navigate life’s transitions with support and in community. Each Sunday offers a morning wellness practice to ground and center you, followed by a mindful art experience to awaken your creativity.
