Hello ,
This week, I wanted to bring us back to one of the most foundational (and often overlooked) pillars of health: your circadian rhythm. Before supplements, protocols, or “doing more,” our bodies are constantly listening to light, timing, and routine to decide whether it’s safe to rest, repair, and heal. Safety is the key your body's ability to heal.
The rhythm of WHEN we eat, move, rest, and expose ourselves to light matters just as much as what we do.
Small shifts, such as morning light, earlier meals, dimmer evenings will have outsized effects on energy, hormones, sleep, inflammation, and resilience. Think of this not as another thing to perfect, but as an invitation to soften into rhythm and support your biology the way it was designed.
