ISH Logo

Hello ,

I hope you have had a great January and a good start to 2026!

ISH care is designed to feel supportive, not complicated—and sometimes having a clear map makes all the difference. This month, I’m pointing you back to a resource that helps answer common questions and reduce unnecessary mental load.

UPDATES

On the last Friday of each month I send a HELP WITH HAILEY member email to answer commonly asked questions, give tips, and explain ISH membership benefits and policies.

Upcoming ISH Closures

Jan 28 - Feb 4

When ISH is closed, I do not monitor Charm messages and will respond to messages when I return.  Please follow up with PCP, Urgent Care or ER for urgent matters.

LEARNING

ISH Member Welcome Packet

As we settle into the new year, I wanted to take a moment to highlight a resource that answers many of the most common questions I receive throughout the month: the ISH Member Welcome Packet.

If you’re newer to ISH—or if it’s been a while since you last looked at it—this packet is meant to be a steady reference point, not something you need to read all at once or memorize.

Take a Look

The Welcome Packet is your go-to guide for:

  • How ISH membership works

  • Who to contact (and for what)

  • How messaging, scheduling, labs, and supplements are handled

  • What to expect from visits, group sessions, and ongoing care

  • Important links you’ll likely return to again and again

Many “quick questions” are answered there, and keeping it handy can save you time and reduce back-and-forth.

Try this (2-3 minutes)

Instead of reading the whole packet, try one of these:

  • Skim the “What to Expect” sections

  • Bookmark the ISH Member page

  • Save the packet somewhere easy to find for later

You don’t need to remember everything. ISH is designed so support is layered and accessible. When you’re unsure, the Welcome Packet is a great first place to look—and if you still have questions, I’m always happy to help.

You can access the Member Welcome Packet through the ISH Member Page anytime.
