Hello ,
February gently brings our attention to the heart, not just as a pump, but as a center of relationship, emotion, and connection. When we look at health through this lens, color becomes more than something on our plate; it becomes a way we participate in the living spectrum around us.
Inspired by my mentor, Dr Deanna Minich, each color offers a different conversation with the body. Variety becomes nourishment. Diversity becomes resilience. And sharing that spectrum through meals, ideas and encouragement is community.
Further down, youβll find an infographic to help make this vibrant and practical through simple daily awareness.
Hope to see you this Tuesday at Group Visit with guest, Jessica Mady, LCSW & Meditation Coach. She will be sharing the topice Increasing EQ (Emotional Intelligence) for Health Resilience. Sounds super interesting!
Lead with kindness and an open heart,
~ Lynn π |

28 Days of Living a Colorful Life |
|
This weekβs handout is a gentle invitation to come back into relationship with colorβnot as a rule or a plan, but as a daily point of awareness. Color has a way of meeting us where we are: in our food, our emotions, our environment, and our nervous system.
Inspired by the work of Deanna Minich, 28 Days of Living a Colorful Life offers one simple, doable practice each day. Some days itβs about nourishment, some days itβs about movement, emotion, or rest. None of it is meant to be perfectβjust noticed.
You might choose to follow the days in order, or simply let the color that catches your eye guide you. The real medicine here is presenceβletting color become a cue to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself. |
