Hello ,
Spring is Springing and light is shifting.
The mornings feel sharper, and the evenings are stretching just a little longer.
Seasonal shifts show up in our bodies through our sleep, energy, or mood.
Our physiology is constantly responding to changes in light and rhythm.
When we adjust alongside the season rather than pushing against it, the body tends to experience less friction.
The Spring Equinox March 20, marks a moment of balance, with equal light and dark, a turning point into a new season.
I invite you, as you shift into Spring, to gently emerge, to notice what is ready to grow, and to realign with rhythms that support energy, movement, and renewal.
Just as the natural world begins to awaken, this is a powerful time to check in with your own capacity for expansion, physically, mentally, and emotionally, and to take small, intentional steps forward.
Curious for more ideas to support and harness the energy of the seasonal shift?

EASE on in,
~ Lynn 🌈

FULL-SPECTRUM SEASONAL PREP
At ISH, we don’t separate physiology from environment. Your nervous system responds to light shifts. Your immune system responds to indoor air. Your circadian rhythm responds to time changes. Your mood responds to clutter and unfinished energy.
This is the kind of work that builds resilience quietly. No extreme cleanse. No overhaul. Just thoughtful alignment.

Lifestyle
Honoring circadian biology, planning ahead for known stressors, and intentionally building space before the season gets full.
Emotions
What is growing? What needs pruning? Emotional preparation involves taking inventory of feelings, stressors, and unfinished loops.
Spirit
Redefining purpose, recommitting to values, or adjusting rituals to reflect where you are now.
Home
Refreshing the spaces we live in, improving air and light quality, and creating physical order
Body
Reassessing nutrient status, supporting foundational systems like liver and gut, and adjusting care routines to meet environmental changes.
Foods
Seasonal eating naturally adjusts our nutrient intake to match climate and daylight patterns. Food becomes seasonal information for the body.
Choose one domain this week — home, body, food,
lifestyle, emotions, or spirit — and ask:
Where does your system need preparation rather than reaction?
What would alignment look like here?
