Hello ,
Today I am offering a membership tip that I believe will support ease and minimize overwhelm. This work is not about doing more. It is about creating the conditions for your body to respond and heal.
At times, the recommendations may feel like a lot. That’s understandable. Healing doesn’t require perfection. Healing requires steady, supported actions.
A common pattern I see is waiting to revisit your visit summary until right before your next appointment. That makes it harder to build momentum between visits.
Try this, one simple practice to create more ease and traction:
Within 48 hours of your visit follow these 3 steps:
Open your summary and read through it
Choose 2–3 small actions that feel supportive and doable.
Write them somewhere visible as a daily cue (post-it, daily planner, on the fridge)
This is how we build momentum AND reduce overwhelm.
A reminder ISH is closed this week 4/20-27. I will respond to messages when I return. Hailey is available for non-clinical questions.
With Ease,
~ Lynn 🌈

Histamine is not solely an immune molecule. It's produced in the gut. It's regulated by the nervous system. It's cleared by the liver. It rises when multiple systems are under load — and it rises fast when those systems are stressed simultaneously.
|
Histamine rises when:
Allergic triggers
Gut barrier is stressed
Stress hormones are elevated
Sleep is disrupted
Detox pathways are sluggish
Learn more about histamine and the impact on your body!
