Read below to discover what role CLARITY sessions will play in your care at ISH.

On the last Friday of each month I send a HELP WITH HAILEY member email to answer commonly asked questions, give tips, and explain ISH membership benefits and policies.

When ISH is closed, I do not monitor Charm messages and will respond to messages when I return. Please follow up with PCP, Urgent Care or ER for urgent matters.

What is a CLARITY Session?
|
Clarity Sessions are dedicated time to step back, look at the bigger picture, and make sure your care is still aligned with what matters most. We are already doing this organically as members progress through care. What is new, is that we are now creating a container (visit) that is intentionally dedicated to this process. Think of it as a zoom out to see the big picture and clarify what details to focus on.

What to expect in this visit:
Review what has improved and what still feels stuck
Reconnect to your current health priorities
Assess your energy, stress, and overall capacity
Refine your plan so it feels clear, realistic, and supportive
Before the visit, you’ll complete a Clarity Questionnaire. This helps us use our time together more intentionally and focus on what matters most to you.
Clarity Sessions are not about doing more. They are about creating direction, alignment, and ease in your care.

When do they happen?
this will be personalized to each member but typically every 3-4 months

RESTORE

When: around Month 3
as a milestone review and transition conversation

Visit Duration: 60 min

INTEGRATE
|
When: approximately every 4th visit
keeping your care strategic and forward-looking

Visit Duration: 45 min
