Hello ,

This month, we're spotlighting one of the most underutilized parts but most important of your ISH membership: Community Connection Group Visits. Inside, you'll find out what happens at a group visit, hear from members who attend regularly, and learn why community may be one of the most powerful tools in your healing toolkit.

Joyfully,

Hailey

Community Connection Group Visits (CCGV)

aka "Group Visits"

There's a concept in functional medicine that doesn't get nearly enough attention and it has nothing to do with labs, supplements, or protocols.

It's community.

Research continues to confirm what many of us feel intuitively: social connection isn't just good for the soul, it's genuinely therapeutic. Chronic isolation is linked to inflammation, immune dysregulation, and accelerated disease progression. Belonging, on the other hand, supports healing at a biological level.

We created Community Connection Group Visits because we believe healing happens with people, not just for them.

Community

cultivates joy, connection and

an opportunity

to up-level your health!

What members are saying

“I love to attend the ISH group meetings. They keep me connected to new health findings and allow me to be in community with others on a similar journey. The special speakers allow us to discover offerings in Durango that follow the plans or expand our offerings set up individually with Lynn and her team. Continuing education around my body and health is a top priority in my care.” - Shawna

Group visits create so much value for me. They provide continuity between office visits and are so rich. I especially love the chance to hear what others are trying, learn about adjacent services  from local providers, and connect with members.”  - Laurie

What to expect when you join us

Each group visit begins with a short presentation on topics that support sustainable healing, such as sleep, nourishment, stress, self-care, and cultivating joy. At times, Lynn brings in guest speakers, local healers, and practitioners to share their expertise and expand what's available to you.

After the presentation, we open the floor. This is the part many members love most; a real conversation where you can ask questions, share what's working, hear what others are trying, and simply be in a room with people who get it.

Community Connection Group Visits are included in your membership  and they're one of the most powerful tools available to you. We'd love to see you there!
