In June I will be working remotely.  

The dates are reflected on the scheduling portal and will not effect the flow of care other than we will be doing tele-health instead of in person for a few weeks.

Group visits in June will be on zoom.

If You Are Like Most Women...

You’re drinking has become a little bit more intimate over the past 2 years.

You will receive TWO speakers a day: one in the morning led by me, Camille Kinzler @ 9a CST and another speaker at 2p CST.

The morning sessions are called Awareness Activation Sessions where I'll break down common reasons you may be stuck in the moderation mayhem cycle of breaking promises of "just one" + a morning meditation/visualization to imprint what you have learned.
