Hello ,
Recently, I have been thinking about duality of; complexity and simplicity and how to hold both in the realm my work as a guide to supporting others on their personal path.
Both are vital.
There are times where digging into the complexities (of the body, health bucket and physiology) are the focus and other times zooming out and simplifying (trusting your body and leveraging 1-2 things as a catalyst) are key.
AND both are important part of healing.
Working with people dealing with complex health challenges, I find it really important to notice when we need to shift the focus to keep things moving forward.
Where are you?
Do you need a pause from doing "all the things"?
Do you need a refresh or regroup on the complexities of your body and the plan?
As I work with people over time, I often get a sense when pushing the complex is too much and when a nudge is necessary.
This past week I was personally noticing the need for simplicity and the urge to "do" less and BE more. A powerful reminder to layer this in to our work together. It is ok (in fact recommended) to pause, lay in the grass, look up at the sky, take a break, laugh, listen to music and let your body move with ease.
I invite you all to take a long EXHALE this weekend.
I am thrilled to be moving into the 7 Systems of Health and the healing power of color. This fall weekly emails and group visits will be centered around this healing modality. This is such a powerful way to add joy in to your healing plan. Scroll down to learn more!
In colorful health,
~ Lynn 🌈 |

LEARNING |
|
|
|
Over the past few weeks, we've been exploring some of the foundational pillars that shape how we feel…. what we eat, how we move, and who we surround ourselves with.
Starting this week, we're going deeper with one of my favorite lenses to approach health and vitality! |

For the next few weeks, we'll be walking through the 7 Systems of Health
developed by Dr. Deanna Minich.
This is a framework that looks at the body not as a collection of separate parts, but as an interconnected whole. Think of it as a color code for nutrition, movement, anatomy, physiology and joy-filled healing. Each system influences the others, and when we understand how they work together, we start to see our health in an entirely new way. |

Think of this as your map. Each week we'll explore one system: what it does, how it can get out of balance, and what supports it. You'll begin to recognize patterns in how you feel and connect the dots in ways that may never have been clear before.

The invitation as we begin? Lead with curiosity. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. This is simply an opportunity to learn your own body more deeply. We hope to inspire you with tips for using color as a tool to maintain or regain balance and heal.
Download the 7 Systems of Health overview here and keep it somewhere handy. We'll be referencing it throughout the coming weeks.
And don't miss our upcoming Group Visits, where we'll be walking through this framework

-
Your personal relationship with color (favorite color, have you considered what colors mean to you or others?)
-
Your colorful environment (clothes, home, work)
-
What colors does your body display? (eyes, nails, hair, skin, tongue)
-
Your feelings about color (the feeling that arises when you reflect on each color)
