Charm Patient Health Portal Updates
You will now be receiving your pre-visit questionnaire and an automated MSQ through your Charm Patient portal. Please complete these 24-48 hrs prior to your visit. Doing your pre-visit questionnaire is a great way for you to pause and assess your progress and for me to prepare for the visit so we use our time together efficiently.
Thanks to a member suggestion (some time ago) I have finally figured out a way to store your lab interpretation videos in one place. Lab interpretation videos will now be sent to you
through Charm Patient Portal Lab notification and stored with your labs. It will be easier to access prior videos and labs all in one place. I have already implemented this, please let me know if there are any glitches from your end.
A quick reminder of ISH Communication Policy 🌈
All messaging and questions you may have please use the Charm message in your patient portal. I monitor the portal Monday - Thursday 9-5 pm, Friday 9-3 pm. I return messages within 24-48
hrs M-F. If you need something outside of those times, I will respond within 24-48 hrs Monday - Friday. I do not monitor the portal on the weekends or evenings. Please reserve my personal cell for urgent needs only.
A reminder, I do not provide Urgent Care or Emergent support. If you have acute urgent medical care needs call your PCP or follow up with Urgent Care if you are having a Medical Emergency go to the ER or dial 911 Immediately.
I am working hard to not work all the time, which is hard because I love what I do AND I want to keep loving it :) Boundaries are a regular practice for me.
